About Army Medic’s Wife

Army wife. Critical-care nurse. Medical transcriptionist…eventually. Novice Wiccan. Gemini. Outspoken, sometimes profane. Those are just a few ways in which I describe myself. I have been an Army wife since 2009, so some blog posts will be about the joy and frustrations that go along with being married to an active duty soldier. Other posts will reflect my work as a critical-care unit RN – the ups and downs, the dismay I feel about the future of my profession, and my own inability to decide if I should pursue a degree within nursing. I’m considering medical transcription as a second career…if I can complete a program with my full-time nursing gig. Horoscopes, politics…anything that rules my brain at any given time. Come along for the ride!
